When charging DELTA Pro and its extra battery together, you can reach 6500W max charging speeds by combining AC, solar and Smart Generator methods. For DELTA Pro single unit, you can recharge it at standard wall outlets (1800W max), at EV station (3400W max)/Smart Home Panel/240V outlets (3000W max).
It depends on the combined voltage and current of the solar panels you choose. It's fine as long as the solar panels use MC4 connectors and their combined voltage and current are within 11-150 volts and under 15 amps.
You'll need to connect two DELTA Pro units to power 240V electronics. You can do this by:
1) the Double Voltage Hub and use the AC outlets on the hub, or
2) the Smart Home Panel and use your home's 240V outlets (you'll need to setup 240V wiring on the Smart Home Panel during installation).
First of all, make sure your DELTA Pro is connected to the EcoFlow App using Internet mode. Secondly, go to the Firmware section in the Setting of the DELTA Pro you're looking to upgrade. Check for the latest firmware and follow the steps to finish the upgrade.
Yes, but please note:
- The transfer switch should be connected to the power station's AC output port.
- You should disconnect the circuits from the grid before they are supported by the power station.
- The total power consumption of the circuits should not exceed the output power rating.
- The output will not be grounded if the power station is not connected to the grid.
Connecting 2 DELTA Pros with a Double Voltage Hub or Smart Home Panel and adding 1 Extra Battery and 1 Smart Generator to each DELTA Pro provides a capacity of 25 kWh. Buy the above package here: Link

1. If charging from an AC outlet, check that the AC switch is turned on. The same goes for DC outlets.
2. If the AC or DC switch is turned on, and it still cannot charge, confirm whether the output power of DELTA Pro meets the rated charging power of the electrical appliance.
3. When the power from a DC source and car charger is less than 1 watt, the charging power won't display, but the actual device is charging, try charging another appliance with a larger wattage to see if the charging power displays.
4. When the screen displays an overload alarm, the charging power is too high. Shut down DELTA Pro and leave it to cool down for 30 minutes or try using a low-power device before charging again. If there is still an overload prompt, take a photo or video and contact support@ecoflow.com
5. The AC switch will automatically turn off after 12 hours if the power of the electrical appliance is less than 10W.
Only 1 Smart Generator can connect to a DELTA Pro at one time.
Connect two DELTA Pros using an AC cable. One is the master, while the other is the slave unit. Before connecting them, ensure both DELTA Pros are fully charged.
1. Connect the Smart Battery to the DELTA Pro to recharge and discharge. It only includes one port that connects to DELTA Pro or the Smart Generator.
2. The Smart Generator can directly charge the Extra Battery.
DELTA Pro has fans to keep its batteries cool, which run at a volume of 48–60dB (between a normal conversation and office environment) depending on wattage output and input and the unit's temperature.
Yes, as long as the solar panel uses the same solar connectors and their combined voltage and current are within 11-150 volts.
The battery cell type: Prismatic, LFP battery, 1 parallel 15 series, 15 cells
You can connect the power station to the app in three ways—Direct Connection mode, IOT mode, and Bluetooth (only for DELTA Pro).

AC output overload: the AC icon will appear on the screen, and the ""Overload"" icon will flash:
1. Check whether the connected device's power meets the unit's power range. Connect a device with a wattage of 2400W-3000W to confirm that X-Boost is turned on in the app. If it's already turned on, connect to the app again.
2. In EPS mode, DELTA Max supports a maximum of 2200W. Confirm whether the electrical equipment is within this range.
3. The power of the electrical equipment is too large, causing it to fail to operate.
DELTA Max can be charged using any solar panels with the same solar connectors and within an input range of 800W 11-100V DC 13A.
Yes, DELTA Max supports charging and discharging while charging from vehicles, solar panels, etc. However, when the unit's battery is low or about to run out, it is best not to use it while connecting to DC charging (solar/vehicle charging). If the input is less than or equal to the output power, the device will continue to consume power, which may result in power loss and eventually damage the battery.
In addition to charging from the grid, car, and solar, other sources such as generators and inverters can also be used if they output 220–240V (50Hz/60Hz) of sine wave AC power. When charging DELTA Max, the AC input power needs to be greater than 2400W to enable X-Stream function.
This product supports X-Boost, an EcoFlow feature that supplies power to devices with a wattage of 3000W. X-Boost ensures the device does not fail due to overload protection. When using X-Boost, DELTA Max still has a rated power output of 2400W.
1. To prolong the battery life, we recommend that you use and store DELTA Max in an environment of 20°C to 30°C, away from water, heat, and metal objects.
2. For long-term storage, discharge the product down to 30% and then charge it up to 60%. Continue to follow this procedure every 3 months. Units that are not charged and discharged for more than 6 months will no longer be covered under warranty.
3. For safety reasons, please do not store this product in an environment above 45°C or below -10°C over a long period.

There are 224 cylindrical lithium-ion 18650 NCM batteries used in DELTA Max, in a configuration of 16 parallel and 14 in series.
DELTA Max supports EPS (Emergency Power Supply). When DELTA Max is plugged into the grid to charge using AC, any load plugged into the DELTA Max will be directly powered from the grid and not DELTA Max. If there is a power outage, DELTA Max automatically switches to its battery supply mode within 30 milliseconds. Any device plugged into the DELTA Max will have no power for 30 milliseconds, making it unsuitable for desktop computers or data servers which must be reconnected to power within 0 milliseconds (UPS).
UPS is unnecessary for all devices, and we advise testing yourself before using the EPS function. It is recommended that only one device is plugged into DELTA Max to avoid overloading.
1. If DELTA Max is placed on a carpet, move it to a wooden floor or solid flooring.
2. Take a video showing the error and contact support@ecoflow.com
1. Press the IoT button again to reconnect.
2. Use another mobile phone to set up a hotspot connection. If the DELTA Max can connect to the phone's hotspot connection, it means that the connection function of the DELTA Max is normal. Since the WIFI connection only supports 2.4GHz, check the home router. If it is 2.4 GHz, modify the router configuration.
3. If none of the above methods work, provide a photo of the serial number at the bottom of the device and contact support@ecoflow.com
X-Boost has been enabled by default, but you can use the EcoFlow app to turn this function on or off.
X-Boost cannot be used in the following situations:
1. AC output is turned on in the charging state (in bypass mode)
2. The X-Boost mode is turned off.
X-Boost is suitable for heating and electrical equipment but not for electrical appliances with voltage protection, such as precision instruments. Refer to the actual test to check whether a device is compatible with X-Boost.
No, this is because the car charging and solar charging cables share the same input (XT60 outlet).

Yes, the Delta mini is AC pure sine wave. The warranty period of Delta mini is 2 years. You can check more details through this link: https://us.ecoflow.com/pages/policy
Car charging and solar charging cannot be used at the same time for the Ecoflow power stations, as they are using the same charging port.
You could always plug one into the other using AC or DC. As of now, I don't believe there is a dedicated extra battery like there is for some of the larger batteries.
I use 10 to 95% for lower stress, longer life. It can be charged to 100% to use it, but should not be stored long term when fully charged.
DELTA mini’s technical specs for solar input are: 300W, 11–75V DC, 10A max. In practical terms, you can connect multiple portable solar panels in series (i.e., connecting one panel directly to the next) as long as their combined open circuit voltage doesn’t go over 75V.
Yes, DELTA mini is compatible with portable solar panels that are 10–75V DC, 10A max and that have solar connectors. We recommend using portable solar panels that have a combined wattage of around 300W.
Not on the Mini or the regular Delta - the Pro and Max have optional extra battery packs for additional capacity and daisy-chain linking.
Well, you can plug one into the other but they won't charge and discharge together - it's more of a pass-thru.
DELTA mini requires minimum 20W of solar input to be able to show it on the LCD screen.
Anything less than 20W will not be displayed on the screen but the power station will be charging.
Great question. Firstly allow us to explain what cycle life mean. A charge cycle is a complete charge(100%) and discharge(0%) on a rechargeable battery (going from 100% to 0%).
However, the number of battery cycles does not mean the number of charges. If the battery is only partially discharged, and still has battery power remaining, it won't count as a battery cycle when recharged, and what is calculated is the cumulative discharge.
For example, if you discharge the battery from 100% to 50%, and the next time, you discharge it from 50% to 0%, and then that counts as one battery cycle.
So If you do not always fully charge and fully discharge the unit, then it won't count as a cycle.
A cycle life of 800 cycles to 80+% capacity means that the power station will still work after the 800 cycles but the capacity will drop to about 80% of the original one.
We do not recommend using solar panels with different specs (different wattage/different voltage/different current) at the same time to charge DELTA mini, whether they are from EcoFlow or from a different brand.
Because is it will drop the power, affect the charging efficiency and long-term usage of this different solar panel configuration will damage your power station.

DELTA mini’s battery capacity is best suited for backing up only a few appliances during a blackout such as fridges, personal medical devices, and the comforts of home.
DELTA mini can be used as an emergency power supply (EPS), which has the same result as a UPS for most electronics. Here’s the difference: When your DELTA mini is plugged into the wall, any electronics plugged into it get power from the grid, not its battery. When power from the grid stops, it switches to battery supply mode within 30 milliseconds. During that time, sensitive electronics like desktop computers and data servers may turn off, but most devices will run as normal.

2. For long-term storage, please discharge the battery to 30% and recharge it to 60% every three months; products that have not been charged and discharged for more than 6 months will not be covered by the free product warranty.
3. For safety, please do not store the product in an environment temperature higher than 45°C or lower than -10°C for a long time.
4. To prolong the battery life, please use the product in an environment temperature between 20°C to 30°C.
DELTA mini is lighter and smaller, and DELTA has a larger battery capacity (882Wh vs 1260Wh) and power output (1400W vs 1800W). The ability to charge from portable solar panels, vehicles, and wall outlets is the same. Upgrades we gave DELTA mini are support for the EcoFlow app and X-Boost, which lets you power some 2200W appliances.
While both draw inspiration from bigger models, the two are quite different. DELTA mini’s 882Wh capacity and 1400W output make it ideal for powering multiple power tools, special equipment, and home electronics at once. RIVER mini has less capacity and output because it’s much smaller and much lighter.

RIVER 2 Series models have LFP battery chemistry. This allows RIVER 2 Series models to charge and discharge around 3000 times (approximately 10 years of use) before its battery capacity drops to 80%.

For a better experience and efficiency, it is highly recommended to use EcoFlow solar panels.
If you want to choose solar panels from other brands, please make sure:
1. The specification of the solar panel meets the requirement of the device, 11-50V 13A, 220W Max for the River 2 Pro;
2. The connector of the solar panel is MC4 type (so that it can be connected to the EcoFlow solar charging cable) or XT60 female type (so that it can be connected to the power station's input port directly). If its connector is of another type, you need to purchase an MC4 adapter or an XT60 adapter. Or you can check this guide to DIY MC4 connectors: https://bit.ly/333FB5j;
3. No controller comes with the solar panel. There is an MPPT board that controls solar charge inside the power station already. A separate controller would affect the solar charge.
Note: EcoFlow does not provide free service for any damage to the product caused by improper operation of the third-party solar panels.
It is not recommended to connect the power station to the wall all the time. The reasons are:
a. When the device is connected to the power, the power will always be passively on, standby will consume power, and the device will be recharged when the power is down to 97-98%, this process will continuously cycle, wasting the battery lifecycle.
b. When the device has been plugged into the power and has been unattended for a long time, there may be unpredictable and unknown effects.
For safety reasons, it is recommended to unplug the device after a full charge and follow the storage methods in the user manual.
If the power station has stored in an environment of 20°C to 30°C and is completely turned off after being fully charged, it would lose 2% power in a month. However, if the temperature is increasing, the loss of battery level would increase as well.
It would take about 3 hours to fully charge the RIVER 2 from the car input.
Currently, there is no information about the RIVER 2 Extra Battery, but we will pass your comments about this to the relevant department to be studied for future applications. We really value your feedback.
The USB-C Input/Output of RIVER 2 is 5/9/12/15/20V 3A, 60W Max, so it would take about 5-6 hours to fully charge the RIVER 2.
You can connect 1 set of Ecoflow 220W Bifacial Portable Solar Panel with RIVER 2, as the solar Input of RIVER 2 is 8A Max,11-30V 110W and the Open Circuit Voltage of EcoFlow 220W Bifacial Portable Solar Panel is 21.8V. The maximum solar input that the RIVER 2 can get would be 110W, even if the actual solar input that the panel provided is greater than 110W.
The RIVER 2 has a noise level between 40-54 dB. The RIVER 2 Max has a noise level between 40-50dB, and the RIVER 2 Pro has a noise level between 44-55 dB depending on the charging/discharging level.
The River 2 is a LiFePO4 battery internally. Generally LiFePO4 batteries should be stored at 50% capacity and cycled every 6 months. This is for max life. However the main thing is don't store it discharged or store it so long to allow it to self discharge completely where there not even enough energy to power the internal BMS. All these batteries have battery management systems (BMS) that monitor the battery even in storage and it uses a very small amount of current that will eventually discharge the battery fully and kill the cells. If I was going to store it up to a year I'd start with maybe 80%-100% but then I'd cycle it or charge it at minimum once a year.
RIVER 2 Series models have LFP battery chemistry. This allows RIVER 2 Series models to charge and discharge around 3000 times (approximately 10 years of use) before its battery capacity drops to 80%.

No, the RIVER 2 max cannot power the 1500W heater. You can consider the DELTA 2, DELTA Max or DELTA Pro for this device.
Our power station can charge electric vehicles. Our recommendation is to use our power station for emergency use, and for charging large-capacity EVs, the range of our power station is still relatively small.
Our power station is a normal mains output, so please make sure your EV accepts the AC output and also meets the voltage and power requirements of our power stations, which we recommend our DELTA Max 2000 or DELTA Pro.
Finally, please make sure that your battery does not have grounding requirements because our power station is non-grounded.
Yes, RIVER 2 Max supports discharging via AC output when charging in vehicles, solar panels, etc. However, when the battery of the power station is low or is about to run out, it is best not to output while connecting to DC charging (solar/vehicle charging); at this time, if the input of the power is less than or equal to the output power, the device will continue to consume power, which may result in power loss and eventually damage the battery.
It depends on the specifications of your CPAP machine. Please contact support@ecoflow.com with the specifications for further assistance.
You can connect 2 sets of the EcoFlow 110W Portable Solar Panels in either way. However, it is more recommended to connect 2 of them in series as it would provide a higher solar charging efficiency than in parallel.
Yes, there is an MPPT board that controls solar charge inside the power station already.
For a better experience and efficiency, it is highly recommended to use EcoFlow solar panels.
If you want to choose solar panels from other brands, please make sure:
1. The specification of the solar panel meets the requirement of the device, for example, 400W 10-65V DC 10A max for the DELTA power station and 200W 10-25V DC 12A max for the R600/River 600 series power stations;
2. The connector of the solar panel is MC4 type (so that it can be connected to the EcoFlow solar charging cable) or XT60 female type (so that it can be connected to the power station's input port directly). If its connector is of another type, you need to purchase an MC4 adapter or an XT60 adapter. Or you can check this guide to DIY MC4 connectors: https://bit.ly/333FB5j;
3. No controller comes with the solar panel. There is an MPPT board that controls solar charge inside the power station already. A separate controller would affect the solar charge.

They’re made from monocrystalline silicon which is more efficient than polycrystalline. New materials like EVA and ETFE protect against high temperatures, corrosion, sunlight, as well as damage, which ensures that they can be used outdoors for long periods. They have a waterproof rating of IP67 and are also resistant to dust and UV rays.
1. Get the most solar power by facing your panel perpendicular to the sun without obstructions like trees or glass in between.2. Use the carrying case to set your solar panels at an angle when the sun is lower in the sky (early morning or late afternoon), and lay them flat in the hours around noon.3. Solar panels are most effective when the sun is high in the sky.
Yes, if they (1) can connect via an MC4 connector and (2) can support the amperage, voltage, and wattage that an EcoFlow solar panel outputs.
Yes, if the solar panel (1) has MC4 connectors and (2) has an output amperage, voltage, and wattage that the EcoFlow portable power station can support.
1. The operating temperature range of the solar panels is -20 to 85°C (-4 to 185°F). Handle them gently during use, and avoid dropping, puncturing, or bending them.2. Do not use the solar panels on cloudy or rainy days. It is not recommended to use solar panels when light levels are low, because the input power is very low.
When storing the solar panels, be careful to fold the solar panels and then put them in the bag with the junction box and wiring harness facing upward.
Charging power is affected by the strength and angle of the light. To increase output power, choose a time of day when the sunlight is strongest (hours around noon), and keep the solar panel positioned 90° to the sun. Try not to use the solar panel on cloudy days or in shaded areas.
a. Please note that solar panels must be placed outdoors. They cannot charge a power station if placed indoors without exposure to sunlight. b. Good work, Delta
Just received my order, boxed and shipped fine. Under construction now, will be unable to open and install for a month or two. I hope my warranty will start when I do open and install the unit. Bill D.
