Note: Tracking information is available within 1-3 days after shipping. If you received a tracking number that is not working at the time you are trying, please check again within 24 hours before contacting us as it takes time to update the system, thank you!
We would accept returns if you notify us via email at support@delta-portablepowerstations.com within 30 days after your package had been delivered (according to the tracking information provided). If 30 days had gone by after your package was delivered, unfortunately, we would not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that it was in when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and not used/opened.
In the rare case that a product becomes faulty or a buyer receives a product with defects, buyers are entitled to request a product replacement within 60 days of receiving the item. To request a replacement, buyers are required to provide photo/video evidence of the product's manufacturing defects via email at support@delta-portablepowerstations.com. If the case is deemed valid, we will cover the related cost to deliver a replacement!
**Please also include your invoice number/order number for us to match up your order in the system.

Please send the above information to us via email at support@delta-portablepowerstations.com. You should also enclose it in your returned package for us to match your order. Without the information, we would not be able to identify and process your package.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund would be processed, and a credit would be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, you can expect a refund within 1-3 business days.
Any orders that are rejected by the customer for any reason other than damage in shipment or wrong items shipped must pay return shipping cost.
15% restocking fee may additionally be assessed for any refused product, damaged, returned, or otherwise. Furthermore, Delta - Portable Power Stations only accepts returns for unopened merchandise if customers decide to not use it.
For the return of US orders, we'll charge the transaction fee (2.6% for credit card users, 3.6% for PayPal users, 3.5% for Affirm users) + shipping cost. For quality issues, we will give you the full refund or one-time free replacement after you receive the goods.
After you returned the product to our warehouse, we'll issue the refund within 14 business days, you'll be notified with an email once your order is refunded.

Return Shipping Cost
We will charge you the shipping fee under these circumstances:
- If you cancel your order over 24 hours and within 30 days without any reasons, we'll charge the transaction fee (2.6% for credit card users, 3.6% for PayPal users) + shipping cost.
- Any defects or damages caused by exposure to excessive heat, liquids or other external causes;
- Any defects or damages caused by reliability or compatibility issues when using unauthorized third-party parts;
- Any defects or damages caused by misuse of products, unauthorized modification, dis-assembly or operation not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals;

Saved us!
We bought this 2 years ago. Made sure it was charged up and then left it in our basement. Last week our power went out - it was scheduled to remain out for DAYS. Well it saved us! I used my CPAP machine for 2 nights, charged a cell phone, ran the fridge for 2-3 hours, and ran my tiny chest freezer for 2-3 hours... all on one (2 year old!) charge. The only negative is that I then had to drive it elsewhere (where power was available) to charge back up for 5 hours. BUT that is not really a problem... I KNEW it was not a gas generator (and did not want one). I love this little thing! Ps: I also had a CPAP portable battery... and it failed. This guy came through for me when my medical equipment backup failed. Thanks for a quality product that lives up to its promises!

Bought this jackery 1000 to run the fridge in our camper van. We have a small fridge but this was plenty of power and more. The fridge goes on when the temperature gets to hot inside the fridge. The jackery went up to 45 watts when in use but then dropped to 2% usage when the fridge was up to what we set. Went for 3 days and only used about 1/4 of the percentage. Could have stayed more than a week and have plenty of power to spare. I’m sure if the weather was hotter it would run more often but I’m confident it would have done us well if we stayed for a full week. We have this topping up on our vans 12v only when we’re on the move and since we like to drive we will have the jackery topping up. We use a separate 100w house battery that we top up with solar to use for our led lights and max fan so the jackery is strictly for the fridge which works perfect for our set up.

A little expensive, but you get what you pay for. I plan to use this to power an astrophotography rig (including computer controls) for multiple days in a remote location. Early tests indicate this will work quite well.

Will power a nutribullet blender!!!!!!
Battery stays charged extremely well. Tons of power here. I needed a unit specifically to withstand the surge of a blender and continue power throughout the blend and this WILL POWER A BLENDER!!!!! which as i found was not easy to find. After trying other stations and failing. This one held up to the task and i am so glad to have this machine.

Love jackery had a small situation at first that got taken care of with a second CS agent. Love the 500 and 300 to power my telescopes and dew heaters. looking forward to the 1000 to power a mini fridge

Works great for RV in the morning
We used this in early mornings at RV campsite in Yellowstone (no electricity, sewer, or water). Used it to power coffee machine in morning and lights and TV in evening, and CPap machine; use Honda generator during other non quiet times. Works good, takes a bit to charge but does what it should. It’s a bit heavy

Can be used off grid and charge lasts extremely long!
This thing is a beast. I got mine for car camping/road trips. You can run a 1000w hair dryer off of it which has been so amazing. The charge lasts forever as well and can be used off grid with the solar panels.

Holds a charge
What I didn't like is that I paid 999.00 and before I even received it, it went on sale and the company ignored my email. No acknowledgment whatsoever. I did a one day test run on my 53 qt. portable cooler and it worked fine. It's been sitting idle for two months and still has a 100% charge. I couldn't give five stars because I haven't charged it with solar panels.

Awesome Power Station
I have been using this product daily for 10 months with a 175W Solar Panel. It comfortably supports three strips of Philips Hue Lights, laptop chargers, phone chargers, and a Vortex fan. I have even soldered and powered music amplifiers with the product. I have never run out of power. I have been very pleased.

I wanted the Jackery1000 mainly for camping trips and occasional power-outs in my condo. But it is HEAVY to carry for a women. When I take it to and from my vehicle, I have to use many stairs, and with bad knees this seemed to be a problem. I did not want to return it, since I am convinced that the Jackery1000 is very useful. After thinking wide and long...engineered myself the perfect 'Mobile Power Station', re-used an old folding shopping cart without the bag, it is a joy now to have everything together, including the attachment bag, an extension cord, and even a little USB lamp. No problem anymore moving my new friend JACKY up- or downstairs.

A must for camping.
The Jackery is a great tool to have around the house not just for camping, I recharged it right out the box with my Renogy 100W solar panel suitcase. My panels did have their own controller so I removed it since the Jackery has one inside. I was able to charged @116W with 100W rated panels. Not bad! I can't complain, the Jackery performed very well. I can now charge my electric lawn mower batteries with it. I like that you can tell when the batteries are full on the LCD. I bought a portable fridge to take camping, after plugging it for 30 minutes with the jackery, the fridge inside temp went from 78 degrees to 32. I can't wait to take it camping.

Excellence worth the investment
This is my go to for overlanding/power outages to power my cpap. It powers my camp when on the trail. Keeps my refrigerator cold, heater running, lights lit. Combined with 2 solar panels the Jackery charges surprisingly fast… even in low/no sunlight it takes a charge. One issue: AC power adapter suddenly stopped working. At the worst time. Couldn’t find an obvious replacement. Contacted jackery via text and within a couple hours was contacted and with my order number and mailing address had a replacement on its way… free. WOW! No questions no qualms! Stress relief! Thank you Jackery!

Game Changer
This thing has revolutionized my travels. I have an ‘82 VW Vanagon Westfalia. It has everything you need. Two beds. Two burner stove. Fridge. Closet. Cabinet space. Tables. Pop top. Canoe on the roof. Etc.. well everything but constant power. There are loads of videos out there on how to wire up auxiliary power in a van. How to make it charge from your alternator. How to convert the DC to AC. How to blah blah blah. Orrrrr. You could just buy this sucker for a similar price, get all of the things you would get out of a built in system.. plus so much more. The problem with the built in system is, if something goes wrong, you have to start removing cabinets to possibly find a faulty wire. When you sell the van, the investment of time and money goes with it. And most of all.. it’s limited to the van. This puppy charges everything I could ever imagine. It charges up with the portable solar panel I bought. I can plug it into my cigarette lighter and boom, it is technically being charged by the alternator. I can bring it into a business or residence and just plug it into a wall to charge it. And honestly, it lasts way longer than expected, and needs to be charged far less than I thought. Pair this thing with a projector, and you have a mobile movie theater. I’ve watched movies on rock walls in the middle of nowhere with a 120” picture. I genuinely think the Jackery 1000 has been my favorite purchase in a long time. It is so useful, and is worth its weight in gold. If you are doing van life, doing any traveling where a power source would be useful, this thing is a life saver. Just do it and thank yourself later.
